- Brand as Experience → Directed the rebrand and launch of Express Scripts Pharmacy, blending compliance with patient-first design to boost engagement.
- Cross-Disciplinary Unification → Integrated four agency aquisitions into a tech consulting firm into a single Digital Experience practice at Perficient, scaling to 130+ professionals across five offices and launching Perficient Digital.
